Its situational, the way he played favored the vandal. But having the whole team on vandal is ehh. Spraying thru smoke and stuff can be huge. Overall ohantom is just better, vandal is only in certain scenarios better. Even on distance where the vandal one taps its inconsistent due to its innacuracy. On 50 meters like half the shots miss a head when dead center on head
actually, the vandal's inaccuracy isnt that bad at all. vandal is better on long range maps like icebox breeze and ascent, while phantom is better on all the other maps. vandal's' stats make it better than the phantom in a lot of ways, for example its damage is 40 body shot at all ranges, so at mid/long range vandal would win a fight, obviously it has the 1 tap headshot at all ranges as well which is a huge advantage. it also has a better recoil reset
ascent has a lot of MID to long range fights. for example A main to A heaven. And mid in itself is very mid/long range, and the vandal is superior in those fights as well due to its better stats. Vandal flicks on icebox work really well wdym? That just sounds like your aim isnt good enough lol. vandal's ffirst shot inaccuracy is not nearly as bad as you report it to be. Most of your shots will hit if you're accurate, its very unlikely to have that inaccuracy actually affect you in any consistent way. It doesnt make the one tap less effective, your accuracy just isnt good enough. Phantom is only best on 3 maps.
The phantom is definitely better on ascent. You will get a lot of kills through smokes on that map. Along with that in mid, the phantom is just as powerful. Due to better accuracy and spray it can actually be better in mid because you will hit a lot more body shots unlike the vandal. Unless you hit a headshot the phantom will beat the vandal in mid on ascent.
Nah, vandal is better on ascent for sure. Kills through smokes are extremely situational and you can do the same with the vandal. In mid, the phantom is objectively worse. Phantom does not have better accuracy, and no pro will spray down people iin mid. You clearly don't watch valorant. Pros always tap/burst fire at mid/long range fights. they dont commit to sprays, they reset recoil, which vandal is better at as well. Vandal requires less body shots too, and wins in that aspect too. The phantom actually doesnt beat vandal in mid LMAO you need to do more research.
What? Phantom iis not nearly as good as vandal in long range or even mid range. It takes 5 body shots with phantom at mid/long range while vandal it only takes 4 body shots. Also, you have the consistent 1 taps while phantom cannot one tap at those ranges. In pro play you see this happen a lot where its a phantom vs a vandal, and both pros are strafing trying to tap the head, the phantom hits the head but cannot convert to a body shot, where the pro w/ vandal hits the head right after and kills him thanks to one tap.
