Any real communication with riot to suggest things, give feedback on updates, yada yada? No, email or post on r*ddit and hope some riot employee on their break sees it
99% of the reason this games content is so shit is because no one can be creative. The closest we have to fun content is ranked montages where people use bugs, or gimmick players, or the occasional customs videos (ex 5 silvers vs 2 asc type videos). Otherwise everything else is pure slop edater content, game ruining smurf content, or just plain boring clipfarmers no one wants to watch.
Without tools for user creativity the games userbase will deteriorate into purely 2 groups of 100% casuals and 100% sweats. We will never have a valorant version of WarOwl (specifically his recent stuff with "modded" type csgo) because we have no custom maps or custom gamemodes. We will never have fun ourselves in silly gamemodes, making maps, whatever. Like bro, i would spend so much time in a mapmaker if Valorant had one. But no. No silly usermade gamemodes. even fucking overwatch has those.
