What ever works for you. Lower sens seems to be the "norm", but I think people get caught up too much trying to exactly copy a pros sensitivity. People wanting to use it as a starting point I understand of course.

My in game sens seems to be 360 doing the calculations, honestly I didn't know the exact sens until this thread.

high sens gives you faster reaction time, if u can aim with it its 100 percent better

I use High sens but thats cuz

  • I'm a wrist player
  • I have little mouse space
  • I flick when I play OP (which isn't often)

If you are new low sens but if you are getting better and are having trouble with flicks and clearing corners then raise sens

low sens allows easier micro adjustment while high sens requires more precision

i use 0.55 and 800 dpi still arm aims lol never use my wrist

I used to use 2400 dpi 1 sens. Now I use 800 dpi 1.18 sens.
