highly unlikely that their players leave for another team even if it's a guest slot, 2 years is a really long time in terms of esports and if they perform well they'll get picked up after the org's time runs out

I'm pretty sure the slot goes to the players. TGRD needs to keep 3/5 players I think to keep the spot. Also, there's anti-poaching rules so I don't think any partnered teams can sign TGRD's players
