anyone knows why so many russian players play for Japanese teams? something, vici, kr1stal, jemkin. they all seem good enough to play in emea tier 1 so why are they all in tier 2 asia

JP has better, ecosystem, better fanbase ...and There is not a lot . Something n Vici, Kristal n Jemkin both came in pair + yaa emea prefers csjoe
Japan pays a alot, as they have huge no. of sponsors too

Do u know Geography? Vladivostok/East russian is closer to JP, playing for Japanese team is more convenient. It's like they have to move to the other side of the world to play in EU server.

they live in far east side of russia so they can play in tokyo server with 40~80 ping , and they can get a lot of money

Well they are probably not on the side of Russia where they can play in EMEA with good ping.

The Japanese server is more convenient.
