Requirements for GC are minimum Asc 1 + you must be female/non binary/etc.
If you have a team just 5 stack ranked, you will probably get there fast

Step 1. Date a Pro player
Step 2. Ask him to carry you to around Immortal1-2
Step 3. Post on twitter that you achieved Immortal and you're searching for a team.
Step 4. Ask your Pro player BF to RT your tweet post
Step 5. Wait a team contact you, say that its your dream, etc.
Step 6. Accept the proposal, if it's too low say that you're going to tell your boyfriend that you're getting little. (To expose as bad org)
Step 7. Nothing, now you're pro player from GC.

Hi there!
That's great that you're doing well in unranked and have your sights set on VCT Game Changers. Here are some tips on how to get better at Valorant and reach your goal:

Practice your aim. This is probably the most important thing you can do to improve your Valorant skills. There are a number of aim trainers available online, such as Aim Lab and Kovaak's. These trainers can help you improve your mouse control and reaction time.Learn the maps.
Knowing the maps inside and out is essential for success in Valorant. This means knowing the callouts, the common angles, and the best spots to play each agent. You can learn the maps by playing them in unranked or by watching professional players stream or play on Twitch.
Watch pro players. Watching pro players can give you a lot of insights into how to play Valorant at a high level. Pay attention to their movement, their aim, and their decision-making. You can also learn a lot by watching their communication and how they work together as a team.

As for the minimum requirements for VCT Game Changers, they are as follows:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must have a valid Riot Games account.
Must be ranked Gold 3 or above in the current season.
Must be able to speak and understand English.

I hope these tips help you on your journey to becoming a VCT Game Changers player. Good luck!

thank u that is very helpful. i already watch a lot of tournaments and try to learn as much as i can. and currently since my school is over i'm only playing aim lab & valorant all day.

i see a lot of pro players are from games like csgo? do you think it gives an advantage? and should i also try that sometimes to get more experience or is that not necessary?

CSGO experience is either a good thing or a bad thing it depends a lot.
Their aim would be better, they would learn faster, but they also will have habits that they will hardly be able to throw away compared to you, because you haven't played CSGO you can build better habits in Valorant that will make you a better player than them in a long run.

Even in Radiant some CSGO players cannot let go of CSGO habits like crouching, spraying, etc;

I would say just grind the fuck out of kovaaks and get insane aim and reach ascendant. Then maybe u can find teams and learn to actually play the game cuz it is much easier with a full team

depends on your region. apac needs dia peak, emea and na need asc.

other than that just try to get good aim and game sense, good fundamentals are super important
