My aim feels less delayed and tighter on my main

Does anyone else have it where their alt account (no skins) has looser, ever so slightly more delayed aim, while their main account has tight, snappy aim, almost like its on a slight lower sens? My main account has skins but i’m extremely confident this isn’t a placebo. Settings on both accounts are exactly the same.

i've felt it before, but 99% of people would just call it cope, so i assumed it was cope.

I went on a reddit rabbithole a few months ago where people found a line of code in some part of the val application that caused the difference but later on they removed the line altogether and everyone went back to assuming its cope

Lol you’re delusional bro. If the sens is the same there would be no difference, maybe check if raw input buffer is enabled on one but not the other

check video settings, check if both are on fullscreen. If everything is the same it's placebo.

Mine's the other way around. I play surprisingly good in my smurf account (no skins) and my rank on my smurf is currently asc 2 compared to my main which I only play whenever I feel really good (with a lot of skins) is currently ranked plat (new act). I have no idea why but it feels smoother on my smurf. All settings are the same, I thought it was just me or some kind of placebo but my HS% are the same roughly around 18-26%.

For me my game just runs worse on my alt which makes me feel all the things you described; however it might just be placebo, although my game stutters and freezes up more on my alt than my main even though all the settings are the same. It’s weird

this sounds cope till it isn't. they want you to keep "improving" so that you feel like you have accomplished something, and keep playing, thinking that you will eventually reach radiant.

Damn, I thought I was the only one feeling that way, It started to happen after new patch not sure why but my aim feels delayed as well, I thought the game had the beta buffer option turned off or smth but apparently not, something weird for me as well.
Not sure why people still not noticed it, maybe as imt3 player I'm struggling a lot to aim after new patch something feels off for real and its not cope.
It somehow feel like I'm capping my fps (same latency, my mouse delay) its like capping to 140 and before it used to feel like +500 fps.
(I'm just trying to explain what is feeling off, but it feel similar to fps "drop" delayed in mouse cursor.) I even tried to switch mouse cause I was thinking that my pulsefire haste was having some issue with my new glass pad, but not. Feeling the same way on other mices as well, something 100% off.
It's like using buffer on vs buffer off, some sort of delay.

Check to see if you have an FPS cap on your alt's settings, some of the settings might be different.

Aim usually feels delayed when you're running at a lower fps than usual

Enable an fps graph and play around with settings until it shows fps going as high as possible and not stuck on 60 or 120
