I don’t know if people know this or not. But Riot Jaker literally said that once a team wins ascension. They’re gonna check if the team is financially stable and they check mark to riot’s requirements. So it is a possibility that a team can win ascension and if they are filled with controversies or are not financially stable or do not fit to Riot’s requirement, they wouldn’t get the Franchise slot

Probably! So imagine a team like Bonkers win ascension they can’t get the slot unless they have backing of a financially solid organization
