I think OP has a point, will valorant become slowly like WNBA where they would complain they aren't getting paid as much as NBA players while having the NBA paying most of their salary and them getting losses every year? I don't think we will ever see a tier 1 female player this way, there's just no incentive to be better if your getting paid more by playing less. A rare example is Michele Mouton who was able to go 1on1 with the men in rallying which proves that women can be on par with men if they tried hard enough and that is a physical sport, fps games is more mental with a touch of dexterity.
I am surprised that all of these people seem to think the only reason woman are not as good as men in Esports is because they don’t try hard enough.
Like... do you honestly think that since the dawn of esports there has never been a girl who has practiced as much as men? You would have to be brain dead to believe that over the last 15-20 years a woman has never tried as hard as the men do.
It should be obvious by now, that there is some other reason a woman has never been in the top ten of any Esport. I am not sure what it is, what sort of physical/mental difference, but it can’t be denied that it’s most likely a biological difference that keeps men on top. It’s not just “hur dur woman don’t try hard enough.”

U know the real reason game changers exists, its because none of these female teams would ever make it to real tournaments or let's say past the open qualifiers ...they r using "sexism" and "male dominant" as a reason to have a separate tournament for women teams but in the end its just them taking advantage of their gender to make a livelihood in competitive valorant.
