Why tenz isn't that great

Feels like tenz's game sense isn't really up to par. His aim is one of the best and he is very mechanically gifted, however his game sense holds him back. For example during the starting era of valorant he was the best becaue meta and strats didn't really matter back then. Another example was in CSGO, daps said that tenz was far behind any young pro that he had ever played with (and we know his aim wasn't his issue).

I'm sure he'll fix his stuff. He's in a very experienced environment. It's not always bad having a crazy Jett player that does stuff that others don't.

will that was back on 2023, these days although he over heats some times, but we can agree there is a lot of improvement from him in term of game sense, when to flank, when to use certain ability,,,etc

he overpeeks and overheats mostly when they are down a man or something he constantly has the urge to make hero plays and you cant blame him he used to play in a really unstructured team and that meant they HAD to rely on his hero plays to win a lot of rounds to a point where its a bad habit of his now

if his game sense wasnt good, he wouldnt be in a franchised team, watch him doing watch parties and u will realize that hes actually pretty smart, more than what people give him credit for and also kaplan said in an article interview thingy that along with zekken, tenz helps with the calling too

tenz is intelligent lol, people don't know what gamesense means, it's better not to listen to armchair gamers. Tenz was anchoring in CSGO because of his gamesense, he know a lot about the game and where players can be.

the issue with tenz was never gamesense rather spacing and him over peeking and his team being spaced so poorly that the trade wasn't even available and the space was just lost, fnatic are a peak example of overheating compensating by perfect spacing and trades.

Tenz was one of the 1sts to be up there and he inspired a lot of people to play like him. I think that aspect itself makes him great already. That's a legacy itself that he can live for.

You could really tell this by how he played chamber in LCQ, game sense is like the most important tool in in lurks and timings but he costed them many times. He did put up incredible numbers but he could've done much more.
