Please help

I was scammed by someone on instagram posing to be a middleman selling valorant accounts. I won't go into the details. I paid for the account using UPI and the scammer immediately deactivated his account.

I asked for a video proof to make sure that the account existed with the skins that were mentioned. I made the transaction after receiving the video. All the skins were as mentioned. Luckily I got some information on the account. (the ign and pings on different servers).

I've already reported to my bank but they were unsure due to the mode of transaction and they can't do anything with the in-game details I have.

Should I approach riot regarding this? How can I approach the scammer person with the details I have? I'd really be grateful for your help me on my further steps. Thank you.

U can't really approach riot considering trading/selling accs is against their tos

take the L move on, and Do NOT TRY that again. seriously pay that much on your night market, you can't do much about it
