Many skins are just re-textured version of older skin models.
examples:
undercity classic - glitchpop classic
tethered realms vandal - forsaken vandal

i m crying cause i got tethered realms vandal in my night market, and other ones are even trashier than this.

Hope you realise, dev are not one who design the skins. There's complete diffrent designing team who are not even technical that they design guns. Dev just do what's been asked.

concept artists and designers are still part of the development process. They're still game devs. You dont need to be a technical developer to be a game dev.

imo night market should have a wishlist where you are guaranteed to get at least one of idk like 5 of the list? otherwise it doesnt make sense to even have it. we already wait on rng to drop of one the 20 cool skins out of 300 skins in the game, why make night market to be rng reliant too? we only get it like 3-4 times in a year.
