people from asia played a lot of games like LoL in the past 30years
CS was never a big hit there, not even other fps like CoD ou BF

and in the ocident, these games like starfield, other strategy games gained popularity later and in minor players numbers

If korea and china were invested in tac FPS like they were in league of legends; I promise you, the landscape would look a lot different but they generally aren't, so they won't dominate like they do in league of legends.

its a cultural difference, go watch how Chinese and Korean society and school system is,everyone is expected to compete and study insanely hard and long from a really young age so it conditions them to be really smart and hard working,so they just kinda outwork eu and especially NA

there's just more collective hours spent playing the game at the highest levels of each tier in Asia compared to EU or NA.

Because League in Korea and China is like football for europeans, this cultural difference argument is just bullshit, they play the game more so they are better at it. At least for Europe League isnt even that popular outside of western europe, all of eastern europe plays Dota so that makes it even harder to compete with them, if CSGO and Dota werent as popular I think Europe could compete with China/Korea in League but thats not gonna happen, same goes for China, Korea or any other "big" country, if they played CSGO more they could compete with Europe. Korea isnt even that big of a country and not enough babies are being born so long term probably China will dominate League alone, Korea as a region doesnt have that much potential but unlike others they are fulfilling all of it, realistically a 51M country has no right to dominate like that if other countries/regions cared as much as them
