sakamichi no apollon is a very good adult romance, not so much comedy but the comedy aspect of romances normally ruins it anyways

A place further than the universe - goated adventure
Golden Kamuy - also a very good and unique adventure story (ignore the CGI bear in s1)
Keep your hands of eizouken - Very fun show with some adventure elements

hunter x hunter if you want adventure and dont mind something long or a shounen

eminence in shadow if you just wanna laugh for 24 episodes (ep 1 makes it look like your typical isekai power fantasy but every episode after that becomes so over the top that its fucking hilarious to watch)

jobless reincarnation if you want a genuinely good isekai with an actually interesting plotline, fascinating characters and fascinating world
