All these Russians are from Siberia/Far East, it's hard to make it in EU scene from there because of ping/bootcamps since all orgs have offices in Moscow, the only tier 1 star player in csgo from Siberia is Perfecto
Cuz they don't have talent within their country and so they have to bring in imports just to save their T2 scene
