Was shocked by their recent Wedid benching but it depends on who they sign. I don't think that Purer is a very consistent jett player although he's definitely not bad. I think they should pick up a cracked jett/duelist player(jcstani would have been good). The players who should 100% remain are thwifo(underrated player),BCJ and Ayrin(his astra is too good). But they should not have ayrin swapping to duelist on different maps he's a good player but not cracked enough to be on duelist compared to other players. I don't know who their trialing as 5th but I have faith in whoever they decide to pick up as the roster has always been on the cusp of top 5
They had decent results recently toppling GenG is good progress and I have faith that they are beginning to take it a little seriously but imo if they struggle more I think hazed should be dropped. Don't get me wrong I think hes one of the most underrated players in NA rn but I feel as if TSM's players are not taking it seriously and are seriously lacking that high energy/serious IGL. hazed is igling(i think?) which makes him a viable asset but I don't think he's made for that role and is rather a better second igl/lurker. Find them an IGL that can establish a structure between wardell/roza/drone which should be the core of this roster. They've been playing together since beta and have yet to find a solution which calls for serious change. Bang is a good introduction but I don't think it does anything for them. Brax is in unlucky spot, they signed him for no reason other than to please the fans and it seems the deal was done without the players really understanding how he was going to be included and I don't think hes really what they need either.

its just they dont have that real structure and team play that teams should have after playing for a long time and igls like shinobi are good at establishing that. wardell/roza/drone as we know it don't igl and bang is also really young but maybe hes like rossy? Hazed is good af no hate at all towards him but hes a secondary igl not a primary but we'll just have to wait and see again I don't doubt your right.
IMO they looked really good lately and removing Dazed was a big mistake. Don't get me wrong I think hes taken way tooo long to find the groove with this roster but overall they've not only been impressively unlucky but have gotten good reputation across the board. If it not were for SEN having to go into Challengers 2 I think we would have seen a lot more from them and Shahzam has called them one of the most underrated teams. I think they will be extremely good their next showing but if they play without Dazed they won't do so well. They have to stop swapping their style/roles also but I think they've already done that and establish an identity. We will see on what they do next.
Drop nobody and pick up more agents/the new meta. It's obvious that they want to go against the meta but its just not working. Don't know who but somebody needs to play Astra/Viper and on Haven especially you cannot be still stuck playing Omen. The only teams that have managed to avoid/not be impacted by the new meta is Korea and unless 100t can adopt that very very specific playstyle idk what their going to do. We will see soon their progress but no roster moves should be considered at all.
its exactly what c9 did, once you have that structure you don't need a insane igl just someone that can do it for the most part as the team will be able to work with each other from the structure that was developed. It's def tough for igl's in valorant theres almost no room for someone who can't at the very least decently frag because of all the talent in this region/the game itself
Unsure, there playstyle is unorthodox when comparing it to teams in NA and does not play well vs NA so I feel as if a change in their style needs to come before their roster. Crunchy/dizzy are talented as fk and iyen is pretty smart so just give them a little bit more time if not Bob would probably be the first to go as NA has a large amount of great Sova's and Bob doesen't exactly do perform like BCJ, Crashies, Hiko, eeiu, Shahzam, effys, and JonahP.
