I'm learning 한국어 as well, and from my experience talking with Korean people, watching Korean content (listening to music etc as well) and watching youtube videos/lectures helped me a lot. Make sure to write down whatever you're learning. The writing and reading part is pretty easy took me like a week to learn it all, but the grammar is pretty tough so that's where practice comes in. Most of all tho never give up!

네, 감사합니다 (prob the best most formal), 고마워(casual with friends), 고맙습니다 (also formal) and what you said 감사해요 is also fine
