replace "derke" with "aspas", or any other top-tier player in that question, and the answer will be the same.

Throwing good players at DSG won't solve the problem - they can't play together well enough. They don't function well as a team, they're just five good individual players. Swap in Derke, aspas, tenz, whoever. Unless there was considerable time to train, it's still just five individually good players.
