if optic were to make franchising and stuck with their same team of Yay, Victor, Crashies, Marved and FNS. How good do you guys actually think they would be against the current competition?
Would they get further or even win Lock in? (Compared to NRG)
Where would you place them in the Americas League?

Personally, I don't think they get any further at lock in than NRG did now and I think they would easily be top 3 but I still think LOUD would be better.

I think they would be better because of the extra prac, and pre-established protocols which they wouldn’t have to adapt to. Also s0m plays super different to marved so that would probably had made them go way further in lock in they would’ve definitely not lost some of the crucial post-plants.

i think switching from s0m to marved wouldn't help them as much as ardiis to yay. i know that it sounds like i'm looking at K/D and coping but s0m had the frags and plays controller similar to marved and bang, while ardiis rarely got his and loses fights more frequently than yay

While on defense s0m plays similar to marved: s0m is actually an insanely safe player, who plays at the pack and plays more trades as support, whilst marved is a much more lurk oriented player. Their attack in general looks much different now on some maps because of this. Granted, this might just be the meta because sentinels usually lurk and yay was always on chamber but I think this is true.

the funny part about this chamber abuser chamber crutch thing is if you just think about it for one second

a chamber “abuser” is just someone with great aim. that’s all. the character didn’t give you extra hp or aim assist it just let you take more duels

TBH even if they didnt have to face sanctions, they still wouldnt make franchising but maybe an org wouldve picked up the full 5 for a roster. I guess we will never know

yeah they'd be slightly worse than they were at berlin (not in overall skill, but in terms of how they match up against other teams). definitely a top 6 team, i just think top 5 are LOUD, C9, Fnatic, Navi, and DRX in no particular order, so they'd be 3rd in Americas
