the odds would be awful, you'd have to bet a decent amount to actually make any profit and then if they get upset ur down bad

Even if it’s a joke, don’t be casual about something so serious. It ruins lives, families, and its wasteful. It’s crazy how they don’t forbid people from betting, when it’s a clear evil, the house always wins, and they want the house to keep winning, they do not care about you

If you've never bet before, don't do it

You'll never be able to stop and you'll lose money in the long run.

  1. upsets happen and although FNC isn't losing today, they could drop a map and the moneyline for them is not worth betting.

  2. you'll move on to more risky bets and lose money eventually, happens to everyone

  1. Never turn to risky bets? Just always bet on Strongest vs weakest team matches? Its ez few bucks even when the odds are 1.10.

Most gamblers quit right before they hit big. So keep at it even if its looking bad. You'll hit jackpot eventually.

Real Advice:
Start with very less amount of money so its loss wouldn't cause starvation or depression
And after losing it all, get demotivated and leave

My idea: Bet $100 on 1.10-1.20 odd team. When they win you get $120. Get your $100 back. Use those $20 to bet on more strong vs weak matches. Even if you lose, It was never your actual loss.

  1. Don't bet unless you have a strategy.

  2. Don't bet large sums of money, bet smaller sums across multiple games to minimize the impact of the occasional upset.

  3. Valorant teams are all capable of beating each other on a good day, and the few that have a 90% chance of winning will win you neglible amounts of money.

so tl;dr, betting in valorant is stupid. Try to learn about value investing if you really want to make money in the long run.

I use draft kings for Valorant.

It’s fun for me to draft a “fantasy” line up and bet 5 bucks.

Makes the games I watch a little more fun knowing I have “skin in the game”.

Draft kings is NA only for Valorant.

I am somewhat of a gambler. I would say sports betting can be very lucrative if you know A LOT.
