-Sushiboys (kinda obvious decision. abysmal fragging ability, even on duelists, should be cut imo.)
-Crws (doesn't look too great on agents that aren't Viper, theres' better smokes in Thailand atm imo)
-garnetS (not a bad player by any means, but the guy I wanna replace him with is just that amazing of a player.)
-JitboyS (not bad but there are better players in his role.)

+PTC (No-brainer pick imo, one of the best talents to come out of Thailand and makes up for the international experience TLN miss out on by removing Sushiboys, garnetS, JitboyS and Crws. Def worth picking up)
+Apinya (Really good, really smart, really flexible talent that can play just about any role well. Def worth a shot and plus his team aint doing so hot rn so its a realistic pickup for TLN)
+Kadoom (Click on the link and you will see why I think TLN should pick him up ASAP. This guy is putting up numbers against the most seasoned Thai pros like something was back when he was in JP league)
+siraphop (Hot talent that just made his way into mainstream Thai competition. Def cracked and def worth a shot)

+Leaf (Good addition that would really help the coaching staff of TLN)
+Creative (Curious that TLN started underperforming right as he lost his position as Coach. They should get him back imo)

I can tell you did your research, however there's a few points you need to know

1)your losing a lot of team chemistry. Talon has been playing together for such a long time that their chemistry is just very good. If this split doesn't go well they will probably switch like 1-2 players max
2) a lot of these players are unproven(other than PTC where he attended like 1 champions 1 year ago which does not inspire confidence), and although they do perform well in t2, they might crash and fall in t1(though recent examples like runi, jakee, demon1, and foxy9 does prove it wrong, not to mention where 100T dropped their entire roster and rebuilt it)
3) From what I can tell, talon has no fucking idea what they are doing. They are getting diffed strat wise before firepower. The coaching staff addition does help, but I dislike going that far to removing 80% of the roster before they shake up their strategy first.

These are some great points but imo the team chemistry will still be okay because all of these players (except Apinya) alr have pre-existing relationships with each other or with the coaches. And besides, this is a fix that should only happen if TLN strats continue to be crap. If TLN make playoffs or Masters, then theres no need for this.

I was also looking into aLerT as a prospect but Apinya's experience as an IGL and PTC's international experience gave them slight edges over him

There would be no synergy at all
Take sen's roster as an example, stacked right? But they're nearly the worst team in the entire event
Talon has been together since pretty much forever, the only way this roster is going upwards again is if they just drop everyone and sign MiTH or bring back sScary

Like I said, PTC and Kadoom and Leaf have synergy as well as foxz having synergy with the rest of the staff. Really the only one without synergy is Apinya

and as for Sentinels, they do have Synergy in the XSET core and the LOUD duo. The reason they're 1-2 imo, is cuz of dephh being a fraudulent IGL and the role changes with Sacy and pANcada and on top of that they have a really hard weeks 1-4 causing a deflated winrate

riot did lock in instead of a split 1 cuz its the inauguration of the franchises so technically we are in split 2 rn
at least next year we will have proper splits lol
