i know they lost the series but c9 had some decent strats and maybe with time theyll improve their comms and teamwork and with mce's antistrats become a top contender?? thoughts?

everyone underestimated them. they didnt do great but they also didint do as bad as people expected. Although, jakee and runi made lots of mistakes this series though (and zellsis)
Yeah they did, macro wise their ideas were very good. It was just small mistakes that added up and also LOUD being very good that led to their defeat.
It wasn't loud that played a bad match, as a loud fan I admit that cloud 9 made a beautiful valorant to watch
C9 is good, they need time tho

I think it's not "underestimate", bcz they lost one of the best players in the world and got 2 kiddos. People tend to low-ranking those teams in those situations

i agree. gekko in the tourney right now just seems like overcooking
not bad, this pearl comp has got to go though, zellsis phoenix just is not working. keep this guy on support agents.
hard to tell how good they are having played the worst and best teams in the league so far. same level as 100T i would say, 7/8th.
Their Split was pretty good and Ascent was solid (LOUD is just something else on it).
Definitely much better than I thought they would be, could make top 5!
I just think their Pearl comp is utter garbage, they need to work it better imo
People were clowning C9 for picking up Runi but the guy has been performing actually well(Jakee is kinda iffy rn) . This team has the potential to do some damage im the league, wouldn't be a surprise if they beat 100t for the final spot in playoffs.

i mean that's what happens when you were playing college valorant and put against the top 3 team in the world lol. It takes time for him to adjust to timing at tier 1 level.

Yeah i mean the random smoke pushes etc on Ascent is kind of just desperation plays to try and win a round, i don't hate it. It defintely is the correct play in ranked, i think in pro play he could have commed some util or something to make that play actually make sense, but it did look like throwing.

true. runi had some pretty good calls but just need to work on utils and timing. jakee needs some time to adjust to t1 valorant and avoid overheatting so much
Keep Xeppa and Leaf only on duelists, no more Zellsis. Then C9 will perform a lot better.
