geographically the siberia part of russia is in the asian continent, however, 75% of russians live in the europe part of russia. but something lives in vladivostok, the 'asian' part of russia, but then again, riot consider the whole country of russia as EMEA, so technically speaking, something is a EMEA player by riot standards but geographically he is not.
if Im not wrong he probably is from the Easter part of Russia & more than that he didnt rly get any chances at EU teams b4 that

Yea, but I am looking at geographically. But, riot contract database defines something as a non-resident, which defines him as EMEA player or import.
