In terms of what?

I'd go with Less, but i'll expand:

Less is probably the best positional player (Like he is better at sentinel than Aspas is as a duelist)
Strictly based off mechanics, Tenz is (and always was) the best. Tenz hits shot that no other individual can, but there are better overall players than him. Like, Yay was (imo) slightly worse mechanically, but Yay was definitely a better player.
The most complete overall player is Kingg, and that's not debatable. I'd say Kingg is the most complete player in VCT, period. As in complete, he can frag out of his mind, he's calling for his team and he's INSANELY versatile.
I always say that FNS's impact is unmatchable and for that he deserves an hournable mention. He isn't the best mechanically, but he's the best IGL in AM.

But I think overall, you can't argue against Less. Again, best player in the world at his position. Honourable mention to Pancada who is the best player at his position as well. Just that Less is a better sentinel than Pancada is at controller. I also think Sacy is close, but with how good Shao and Leo have been, Sacy isn't the best at his position in the world anymore so he falls out of the best player convo.
