Some people say they left the stadium because of the heat, others say they left because public transport was going to close, others because security kicked them out. I'm not saying these reasons are excuses, but what am I supposed to believe?

I was out for a while and I didn't see anything about the security guards kicking the fans out, but really that arena was an oven and the traffic in São Paulo is really shit

There are a lot of diff reasons to people get out of the stadium after the match, What Tarik said is non sense bro.
You start to blame people because they want to go home after 7 fkng hours and imagine : it is night, they need to get a bus/uber to get home (not to mention that SP is not a safe city). A lot of people came from KM away from home to watch the match.
How can a guy from US understand these people feelings (I'm not talking about the match).

"Riot will never come to Brazil again"
Pure bullshit

One thing is fact, different cultures.
What for you was blasphemy, for us it was just another competitive day.
Many really left because of these problems, so much so that there are reports of foreigners who were taken out of the gym, not just us.
One thing must be said, all of us, not only Brazilians, make sacrifices for the things we love and cheer for, so obviously most people would be left to see the team as a trophy as a ''reward'' for all that dedicated time. Just as we would also stay to see our football team lifting the trophy, even if it gets dangerous at night, we all the time take risks, and that doesn't change the fact that they still exist and are reasons for people who want to leave go, simple.

This is not a linear equation bro. People can leave for different reasons in different moments, all of them are true

You can read the other 1000 threads about it and figure a reason by yourself. Good luck.

you can think of this as excuse but the truth is brazil in any esports not only e-sport will always cheer and be there for brazilians teams we usually don't like to cheer for foraginers teams but this isn't a excuse to leave the arena empty after the matched ended..so what hapenned? in brazil we don't have a contender in F1 but we always full the arena...same happened in lol msi that was held in rio but there there were no issues with the hour that match ended and no problem with the weather wasnt hot another thing were that the security guard wasnt kickg ppl out.

around the stadium (ibirapuera) is pretty danger in the night and other thing is the time the match ended the public transport was closing...and uber at night is expensive (because of security) so there are a bunch of reasons...

but let's loud won that match...what would hapenned? most ppl would stay because they would thought it was worth...

not an excuse still horrible for brazil that crowd wasnt there...but there is nothing we can do.
