No, they are not... They are all equally (more or less) competent, but the skill gap is quite narrow, whilst many people still rate gMd higher - for deserved reasons...
Yet, for the purpose of sportsmanship, we may classify them as controllers who should be given the opportunity to develop on higher tier teams!

BTW, why not include Subroza on your list? Didn't you know he's an excellent smoker main?
