normally top 3 would qualify, that region becomes top 4 qualifys, simple as that

The 4th seed from Americas so they just play the playoffs and the team that finishes 4th gets it ( if there’s a playoff in not aware of the format)

It's not team based, it's league based. The team that wins LOCK//IN earns their league a 4th spot for Masters, while the other two leagues have only 3 spots, making it a total of 10 teams.
