timeouts

I'm not sure how timeouts/pauses work. When can coaches talk and when can players talk/not talk?

coaches can only talk to their team during tacs, nobody can talk during tech timeouts

players can talk anytime except tech to's
coaches can only talk during tac to's

tech to's: something is wrong with the pc/hardware
tac to's: the team intentionally chooses to stop the match to talk it out

players can basically talk whenever unless its a tech pause like gear issue
coaches can hear everything and can only talk during the timeouts and the halftime

in the timeouts, all players and coaches in the team can communicate with each other but cannot move in game during the timeout (except tech timeouts). Once out of the timeout, the coach cant speak with the players but the players can still communicate with each other

players can only not talk during technical pauses. coaches can only talk during tactical pauses and half-time. each team gets 2 60 second tac pauses per game, and one extra for the entirety of overtime.
