Portugal and Italy are the new additions. MENA is staying, it’s confirmed. Actually when they announced it they were planning on having CIS too so 10 leagues which makes sense. But now CIS got canceled again so it’s 9
Basically last year they intended to have 8 teams but ended up with 7, this year they tried to have 10 but ended up with 9
