Better format

8 groups of 4.
all group stage matches are Bo1, each team plays 3 games
Top 2 from each group qualify for play offs, leaving 16 teams
Top 16 gets played out in a single elimination bracket with Bo3 games
Finals stay Bo5

cant change the format now so no point in the hypothetical

32 team swiss
4 wins and you are through, 4 loss and you are out
(i dont know if this works yet)
all games determining if you qual/go out are bo3
rest are bo1

8 team single elim bo3 playoff
final bo5

yeah the swiss would've been the by far the best format for this. round robin would take way too long, and lowers would be bad for viewership. better to just think of this as an exhibition tourney tho, as i really don't get it's being held for such a short duration of time.
