Not that hard to make simultaneous matches, they did it in the Rio major
Just let the most hype matchup happen on stage while another game takes place in another room, yes we would lose on the excitement of some matches but it’s a small price to pay for a better format
This isn’t like Champions 2021. There is absolutely no possibility that the format changes.
This is really the only way plus this tourney is to give a taste of the coming season and introduce all the teams not anything more than that.
