the situation with his ex being inconclusive and with her putting it on hold just ruins his chances of any big signings. The fact she can reopen the case at any time sucks for him. Not to say he's innocent or guilty or blame the victim in this scenario, it just sucks in the case he is and this just hangs over his head for the rest of his career and happens to so many innocent men out there but theres no way to know in this case
