I don't understand what's the problem with them? Is it the playerbase which is lacking? Is it the coaches? Why are they failing like this? Cned, alfajer and qutioner look like the only Turkish players good enough for franchising.

The problem is no good igls, barely any good coaches (good ones like Salah go to Europe),1 dimensional players who are nothing more then ranked demons because they have no fundamentals so when we go up against a team that won’t just take aim duels every round we get destroyed

Seems accurate. Most of them look like ranked demons who destroy t2,t3 teams but when they meet actual t1 teams, they are the ones getting destroyed. Kinda like slightly better Indian teams. So relatable

SMB was a super team that had a igl, a European coach and cracked aimers also during that time players would take more aim duels then now

shame, genuinely had one of the highest skill ceilings for a team that I have seen

It's only due to lack of confidence as the game goes on and not being able to recognize how Europeans or any other regions play the game. Some pieces as regards to fundamentals don't fit with these rosters even though the players are adequate.
