CS always hosts some tournaments consistently. That's why top players and top teams stay relevant. Here in valorant eco-system, we have EMEA qualifier, NA qualifier, Apac play-offs and a masters in the span of a month then 3 months of drought. Horrible scheduling

Cs teams are consistent because the only thing they ever update is adding more gambling, Valorant meta changes all the time

The argument is clearly about how sparse the tournaments are and the lack of big tournaments in general. Meta changes are good for the game but the esports division of valorant/riot is straight ass

They needed a gap in VCT so that more people would watch the Gamechangers Finals. Not that people wouldn't watch at all, but no VCT matches increases the viewership for the Gamechangers matches

I don't buy it. It was like a 4 days tournament. They could have spaced out the tournaments a lot better or just host more tournaments! 4 masters and a champ was totally viable even if they had to leave room for the GC thing.
