Fleta is one of goats and best aimers in ow , although he hasn't played hard hitscan in 3 yrs he still played dps and if u can play dps in overwatch, trust me u can be cracked at any game

Hitscan mean like bullet instant hit like cs or val. Dps in ow have hitscan and projectile , projectile like hanzo arrow, etc

Not how it works. You can be the best aimer in the world and still suck at Val/CS because game sense is far more important for tac shooters. Thats why CS and OW pros have a hard time transitioning to Val now.

also because org dont want to make an effort to find underrated players because they are basically an unknown quantity . Fleta will have advantage in other things like comms and coordinating with teammates because hes experienced but thats about it
Look at T1 Carpe for example . I can guarantee that there are better players in Korea who grind the game all day but Carpe can fit in faster with the team even tho mechanics and game understanding may not be much
