Yes US absolutely does recognise kosovo. However, the political activism of some of the players (some have advocated for unification with albania at all costs) coupled with close cooperation with the government of kosovo, would probably raise some red flags for any decent org.

If this was false, they would not be a top 20 csgo team and made into legends stage of one of the largest majors in cs history as an unsigned team.
