Harbor...let's be honest

Now that he's been out for a considerable amount of time I think we can easily say that he's one of the WORST AGENTS EVER. The reason is simple:- NO ONE PLAYS HIM forget iron and bronze no one even plays him in radiant(including pros). Forget abilities and everything else I can't remember even 1 new agent who got so less play just after release. I think it's primarily because he's a difficult agent to play with very low results basically high risk low reward kind of situation.

its a really niche agent, the only time i've ever seen harbor works really well is in breeze.

Yeah... originally I thought he would suck and I still kind of do. Maybe not as much because I have seen some potential with his walls. But again its really situational and on the fly type of stuff. Doesn't really work with 5 agent comps. He doesn't work as main controller so you have to sacrifice other stuff to make him fit. Also his bubble ability just feels weak rn and usually does more harm than good for his team lol

He's alright on pearl and breeze, but you are throwing if you pick him without another controller. His util is simply not enough until riot buffs him and makes him broken like they did with viper.

give him multiple walls or smoke balls. Harbor is not a true controller. But unlike chamber (who falls in a similar category) he does not have the fragging out util as well.

Just limiting all his abilities to 1 seems to be the determining factor where he cannot be used as a controller in this game. Givve him multiple charges and he might just start seeing more play and replace conventional agents.

On the other side I think teams like Fancy United will really love him as they run 2 and even 3 controller comps so in that case he is already decent for them.

he isnt bad but he only has 2 smokes for all the round and a shield that on full buy rounds lasts less than 3 seconds to break and if the smoke remained after destroying the shield it could be fine tho but nah.

Just wait till PRX Mindfreak uses it for W gaming in Brazil. People gonna change their opinion soon enough.

He's actually a decent pick for 2nd smoke and the problem is people in ranked think 1 smoker is enough and smoke is the least role people wanna play

They need to buff his util a little, his shield is useless, and his moving wall is only good at haven c long
