February 1, 2023 is when they need all the deals signed and everything done

technically rosters dont need to be "presented" until the sao paolo (however u spell it idc) major kickoff tourney

i have not the slightest clue, I think there are some orgs that aren't pulling out and playing for ascension, but as far as details about rosters and such are concerned, I don't think there's any set "date" or anything for t2 announcements or roster finalizations due to the nature of T2 ascension, i.e 5 idiots pugging in open quals until they get into the ascension league, roster moves could happen at the snap of your fingers, for example
