Nah, theyre faking being Non-Binary, not trans. NB as far as i know does nothing like estro supplements or anything like that, they just dont identify as male or female, so theres no real way to tell besides the person themself saying they arent NB/faking being NB and that getting leaked

Literally nothing besides other people. The only thing that can stop that is if someone knows theyre faking and they reveal that.
Hypothetically if 5 radiant dudes with absolutely NO community presence (and i mean none, there cant be any record of them faking or saying theyre straight/cis whatever) faked it, since there would be nothing to show provable doubt against them, they could play, or at least im pretty sure. An actual GC pro might know more than i do there might be some sorta way they have to prove it before they can play

To be fair, unfortunately there is no real good way to enforce GC entry. Just rulings after frauds are exposed is realistically the best we can get.

Well, they can make them sign contracts and hold them legally accountable in case of fraud once they reach playoffs

Oh thats true. It'd kind of be a minefield for false accusations though, since if someone was a big enough bitch to accuse another of faking, it could possibly cost a real NB their job.
It would have to be super carefully checked before any real decision is made. Any wrong decisions and it makes a big harmful impact

True, but I still prefer a specific ruling that protects underrepresented genders more than the wild west where nobody is held accountable and fraud becomes rampant

Because trust me, there are a lot of nasty people out there, who the moment they see this opportunity they will exploit it for money
