Sure it was a business decision, but did you know that with when the OCE League of Legends infrastructure moved to NA, the OCE league was killed as a direct effect? People were worried. It took ESL and investment cooperation to revive an OCE league. That's why I was opposed to OCE being grouped with NA in Year 1.

very good point man :/ from the start of val it's seemed like riot has never had any intentions of integrating OCE as a region either, which is crazy to me
