i mean he can play the game i think, but no org picks him up ( he says he wants to only play with sen) (might be coping) and he might have to do some training with riot too if i am not wrong?

I mean yes technically. But i would assume they have to breach some part of the rulebook. You cant just do that because someone doesnt like them

For future purposes, I remember what happened between the first 100t coach - frost- when "he said i am very strong and powerful and you guys will play on our ping to give us advantage?" that was so fucking dumb and honestly he should have been banned
