it seems like teams that have rebuilt around IGLs (Ange1 FPX, Boaster Fnatic) Do better than teams that rebuild around duelists (Faze Babybay, Acend Cned)
I'm probably cherry picking examples so give me your thoughts

Yes, LOUD for example is basically VKS rebuilt around sacy and saadhak (saad is IGL and sacy is 2nd caller)

It's hard to find a player like stax but u can find a player like buzz(ex foxy9) etc and also their coaching staff
