The problem is that there isn't many IGLs out there and even less as free agents. IGL situation is always problematic in pretty much any game that requires them. So little amount of players actually become IGLs and only little amount of who become does well at it. Like think about EMEA right now: what IGLs can you name outside of Boaster, Koldamenta, Redgar, ANGE1 and BONECOLD who all are in good teams or orgs already (Koldamenta and Redgar likely changing teams for franchising, but before)? Yes there are some others, but many aren't proven.

from what I saw in v1 comms others were calling a lot aswell and there were matches where zander struggled to call, I would rather sign an experienced igl, even one from csgo if needed
