Bro I've been watching these 10 mans lately and now i know one thing for sure that this sen rawkus guy is so underqualified to be a coach lmao , watching him feels like I'm playing and the ideas that he have and the way he do callings is actually so bad , the faster the sentinels get rid of him the better it is , 3 rounds he called to just like do the same play over and over again and it was pretty clear that he's one of the main reason why sen couldnt change to the changing meta , the sheer overconfidence on this guy. Hating is not right term here brotha , Sean(100t) is a great coach not just because he had good results but because he didn't get that job because he was friends with one of the member of the team or something like that, mcE is a great coach and he didn't even play the game brotha , rawkass played the game and still is learning , i mean look at it this way when we had rawkus as their coach they were consistently going down but then there was addition of weltis and Dani who were creating lots of strategies for him , I'm just saying that as a coach he's not at all viable , because the job of the coach primarily focuses on things like improving the players in every aspect and this guy is so casual n everything he can't do that . And yeah I'll consider that he's new and doing his thing but i guess we have to just wait and watch but i don't have much faith
You are comparing mCe (Been coaching since 2018) and Seangares (Played CSGO for 8 years and became Caster/Analyst for CSGO and Val ever since) with Rawkus which is his first time being having a job other than play, i agree he was put in that job cause of his friends, but you can't deny that he is new and has ROOMS for improvement.
Also, your point can take a more clear view when you dont mention a custom game as an argument.
Bringing ideas is one part of being a great coach, the most important is to improve each and every player in every perspective and also he had the new ideas so why his team wasn't able to adapt to meta changes that easily.
There could be many things holding sen back but he has to be the number one thing imo.
