Why EMEA has less slots.

Riot knows EMEA would shit on APAC/SA if they added more slots so they had balance it out.

Simple reason: Riot likes to dickride Na, Sa and Apac for viewership.

EU has player count > SA + NA but still fewer slots, also consider EU has so many teams ( VRLs ) and most international trophies. Riot 1Head

EU is the best region so riot give other regions a chance. Or it would become a 1 region game kinda like that other pew pew game

Yea but you’re removing potential young players who really want a chance. They will just go to Asia/SA for an easier chance. Just look at maxie and pyth. Now they weren’t the best players, But they were still from EMEA this is what’s going to happen in the future. Sad future.

it has less slots because APAC LCQ split into APAC/EA LCQ so 2 slots come from that
last year brazil had 2 slots latam 1 and 1 SA LCQ, so Furia didn't take M3c's spot, Edward gaming did
