Cloud 9's performance, roster, and roles

I'm a bit frustrated with C9's performance in the past VCT. The players are all capable but what is going on with this 6 man roster? I seems like having some players switch in and out which is odd as it seems like they can't get hot, I understand that its to get poiz experience but it seems like they haven't seemed to meshed yet. I would not want another roster addition but I've seen things like dropping vice and while it is kinda appealing he has done ok in the IGL role. Maybe I'm just still in a post TenZ depression.

imo C9 should drop Vice, mitch and skyleR. They are all solid players but this roster just doesn't get good results so I think C9 needs a fresh start around Leaf and poiz and maybe xeta too. Leaf is one of the best omens in NA imo, poiz is a young jett/raze with a lot of potential and xeta is good on jett, sova and breach. If they were to make this move, they would need to add a sentinel and either a duelist(if xeta plays sova) or a sova(if xeta plays breach). Idk who they would add but I'm sure an org like C9 could buy out some amazing players from other teams. I can't think of 2 FA that would be good pickups together, especially since C9 would need a new IGL after dropping Vice but I think that tex would be a great pickup for the duelist/sova player since he can play both roles and is a great player(the best FA available imo). Maybe they only drop mitch and skyleR and keep Vice to be the IGL and to play killjoy while also adding a duelist like tex but idk. If I was making the decisions for C9, I would try to build a team that TenZ could easily fit back into once he returns while also trying to make the best roster I could and I just don't think that Vice, mitch and skyleR are the best options available. Just by having Leaf, TenZ won't have to carry as hard and if C9 can build a great roster, they could be a top team once TenZ returns.
