glad you understood that I was right yet again
how were you right I am confused? He got dropped, we don't know who made the decision
you're confused? no surprise there. I said he got kicked/dropped from the squad and was replaced, I'm stating exactly what happened, not making some bias narrative like you said I was.
the org, players, everyone, obviously it was a consensual agreement. If all the players really insisted that a -20/-30 bot on their team was necessary to win he wouldn't have been kicked to the curb
glad to see that you changed your mind
didn't change my mind, obviously it was, exactly like I said, an agreement reached together by the org as a whole, hence why he was dropped
What's your source? How do you know that everyone in the org agrees with this decision? Read off the ballot for me plz
who said every single person in the org agrees with this decision? the org as a whole, as in the most common vision on behalf of the org was to drop him and kick him to the curb for someone else. obviously if there was a loud outcry of people like his teammates/coaches/analysts etc. didn't want him kicked, he wouldn't have been
the org, players, everyone,
besides the fact that you literally did say it, why do you think that guild is a perfect workplace environment? And what if two people thought differently? What if the IGL wanted to keep the player and the Coach wanted to drop him? What if the CEO used his power to make them drop the player? All I'm saying is there's a possibility that some people in the org would've preferred to keep russ
