First, On VLR, one does not simply make an educated guess about its members' flags-locations... you must first ask them**.
Second, sometimes, especially in today's age of globalisation, people have to reside in different places across the world, therefore selecting the proper flag as their present location is never a mistake - this is how I personally roll on forums.
