2. some rumors say benkai retired and F0rsaken going to NA/EMEA if any team who get slot from franchise want him

Benkai retired is still not fixed, and f0rsaken will be gone if there's a big offer for him. If not he will stay in Prx.
So yeah, there is still a possibility.
And franchise system is still not clear, it's too soon talk about getting slot. Hope it's not same with LoL franchise
