Indeed, there should've been a match between LOUD and Levi to figure out who goes straight to playoffs/groups

nobody should get straight to playoffs, people keep defending it by saying "but it's good for minor regions and viewership", but having guaranteed top8 is way too much.
And having the top1 seed be defined by the regions 2nd place is a terrible idea.
